Twitter laughs at Liverpool’s new away kit
Liverpool have unveiled their away kit for the 2018-19 season and it’s horrific!
Labelled as “deep violet” and “vicious cactus”, the away kit has not been welcomed by a majority of the fans. The same colours were last used by the Merseyside club for the 2012-13 campaign’s third kit.
The away kit features the same graphic as on the front of the home jersey – a glimpse of Anfield’s new Main Stand. There is also a 96 emblem, surrounded by the eternal flames, on the neck of the shirt to commemorate the lives of those who passed away in the Hillsborough disaster.
