Kylian Mbappe breaks Karim Benzema’s incredible record

Kylian Mbappe has been breaking records ever since he made his debut for AS Monaco. Now, his appearance last night vs Iceland has made him the youngest player to reach 30 appearances for France.

The record was held by Karim Benzema so far, who had achieved this feat at the age of 22 years & 9 months. Mbappe is just 20 years & 3 months and it looks like the record will stay with him for a long time coming.

Mbappe celebrated his record breaking appearance for France with an assist to Samuel Umtiti’s goal. The Barcelona defender had a dream night as well as he finished the game with a goal and also 100% pass success – 107 pass completed!

The PSG star made his debut for Les Blues in March 2017 vs Luxembourg and has been a vital part of their starting XI ever since. He scored his first goal against The Netherlands laster that year.

Mbappe is a key figure for PSG as well but Real Madrid are keen on signing him this summer. Reports suggest that Zinedine Zidane desperate to linkup with the youngster at Bernabeu.

However, the French side are not looking to sell him at any cost nor is Mbappe looking to leave. He has confirmed that he will remain at PSG next season and is not eyeing a move away.
