Juventus star spotted at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium

Sami Khedira was spotted at Emirates Stadium ahead of Arsenal’s pre-season game versus Lyon. The German midfielder has been linked with a move to the Gunners recently.

The World Cup winner has been linked to Arsenal in the past but the 32-year-old never joined the club.

The former Real Madrid midfielder has been linked with a move away from Turin. Juventus have a plethora of midfielders in Aaron Ramsey, Adrien Rabiot, Miralem Pajnic, Rodrigo Bentancur, Emre Can and Blaise Matuidi.

Thus, Khedira is very low in the pecking order, as a result, he has been linked to clubs such as Wolves, Florentina and Valencia as well.

Though it is believed that the German was present at Emirates for different reasons. He is a close friend of Arsenal star Mesut Ozil and is likely to be a personal guest there.

Despite this Khedira posed for photos with fans and was not desperate to keep his attendance unknown to the media. Unai Emery was asked about the same and he replied:

Khedira is a very good player but this is the first time I have heard his name mentioned.
