Chelsea have announced that Ross Barkley has left the club by mutual consent. The midfielder spent 3.5 seasons at the club and won the UEFA Europa League under Maurizio Sarri.

The Blues fans were delighted with the news as he was not a part of the first team plans under Thomas Tuchel.

The midfielder made 6 Premier League appearances last season and was training with the developmental side this summer after he was not handed a shirt number.
