Chelsea 0-2 Southampton: Chelsea have suffered yet another defeat to a relegation-threatened side in the Premier League this season. The Blues slumped to a 2-0 loss at home to Southampton on Thursday.

Chelsea started off well but were unable to get any real effort on target. Southampton, on the other hand, sat back and were looking to counter-attack despite Chelsea having 3 at the back.

The plan worked for the Saints and Obafemi gave them the lead in the 31st minute. He eased past Tomori and slotted it past Kepa after Zouma gave him ample space to shoot.

Frank Lampard made a change at half-time with Mason Mount coming on for Kurt Zouma. The change brought some spark in the team but yet again, nothing happened in front of the goal.
