Manchester United’s signing of Bruno Fernandes is now under FIFA investigation after Sampdoria filed a complaint against Sporting CP. The Serie A claim that they entitles to receive €4.65 million from the move but the Portuguese side have not made the payment.
The Premier League side paid €55 million for the midfielder as per reports and Sampdoria claim they were supposed to get 8% of that as a part of the sell-on clause.
