Ousmane Dembele has informed Barcelona that he wants to leave the club in January according to Goal.com. They claim that the Frenchman is not happy with his role at the club and has decided to leave – 18 months after joining them.

The Catalan side are ready to let him leave as well as per the report. Goal note that the 21-year-old’s departure will help the club raise funds to bring Neymar back.

Rumours of Neymar looking for a move back to Spain have been going on for months now and a battle between Real Madrid and Barcelona is expected. The Brazilian is open to joining both sides as per reports in Spain.

Barcelona are reportedly not happy with Dembele’s behaviour and his late arrivals to training and team meetings have made things worse. Reports earlier this month suggested that Blaugrana were looking to offload him in January.

Arsenal and Chelsea have been linked with the Frenchman as both sides are looking for a right winger. The Gunners want someone with pace to run down the wings while The Blues are looking for a long term replacement for Willian.

Goal.com are not a very reliable source when it comes to transfer rumours but the talks of Barcelona offloading Dembele have been reported by a lot of reliable sources.

Chelsea’s and Arsenal’s interest in him is also reportedly by a lot of reliable sources so a move from the two Premier League sides might be on.
