Sources: Arsenal interested in Jose Mourinho and Ralf Rangnick

Arsenal rumours: The Gunners are looking for a manager to replace Unai Emery and they have narrowed down to 2 names. Arsenal are in talks with Jose Mourinho and Ralf Rangnick as per our sources at the club.

Emery’s job is hanging by the thread right now as the side fail to impress on the pitch. They have not been playing at their best and despite spending wisely in the transfer market, the manager has not been able to deliver.

The Arsenal fans have already turned on the manager and have been calling for his sacking for some time now. The players seem to be clueless with his tactics at times and that has reflected in a lot of results over the past few months.

Emery is now set to be sacked regardless of what happens against Leicester City this weekend. The Gunners are looking to bring in the new manager during the International break and get him to work with the players at the club in those 5-7 days.

As per our sources, Jose Mourinho is the front runner right now and talks with Ralf Rangnick only started as a backup as a few terms were not agreed with the former Chelsea and Manchester United manager.

Rangnick was a target for Bayern Munich as well but has rejected their approach as he was looking for a Premier League job. Our sources at Manchester United have confirmed that the Red Devils are also discussing things with him.
